Rick Ross Earns Praise for Dramatic Acting Role in Queen Latifah's 'The Equalizer'

Rick Ross earned praise from users on Twitter for his portrayal of incarcerated rapper Dilemma on Queen Latifah’s The Equalizer.
The Biggest Boss uploaded a clip of his guest appearance on Instagram, which shows him sharing a dramatic scene with Latifah that ends with him shedding a single tear — an act that fans on Twitter applauded. “Rick Ross in Equalizer. He ain’t a bad actor,” one user shared, while another tweeted directly to Ross, “I see you starting 2022 greatness early…in the acting game. I see you on The Equalizer. Way to go Rick Ross!!”
After seeing the fan response, Rozay shared a video thanking viewers for watching and the crew of The Equalizer for the acting opporrtunity. “So of course, last night, my acting debut, The Equalizer. Salute to the director, the whole team, Queen Latifah, the whole squad, you know what I’m saying,” he said. “I need y’all to TiVo it, rewind it, whatever it is y’all do, and make sure y’all check it out so you can hit me up and let me know what you think. Let the directors know big boy doing big things.”
Ross further confirmed that while he is dabbling in acting, his “passion’s still the music.” He added, “My focus right now, Richer Than I Ever Been. We done filmed two videos, “Little Havana” featuring The-Dream. We done filmed “Wiggle” featuring DreamDoll and, of course, “Outlawz” is out now.”
