Director James Gunn has officially revealed that he may be involved in another TV project for DC Comics post-Peacemaker.

In a recent interview with Collider, Gunn was asked if he will keep working with DC. While he did not reveal specific details, Gunn said, “You know, we’re stepping forward. It keeps happening. We’ll see what’s happening and I’ll know what’s happening very shortly. I dealt with it last night and this morning.” However, he did confirm, “It’s TV. There you go.”

It appears that Gunn has admitted that he has already begun working in the project, potentially indicating that it could be the next project of his career following the wrap of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. Gunn began working on Peacemaker while The Suicide Squad was in post-production and is currently working on the third installment of Guardians of the Galaxy.

Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special releases on Disney+ on December 2022 while Vol. 3 hits theaters in May 2023. The first three episodes of Peacemaker will debut on HBO Max on January 13.

In other entertainment news, Spider-Man: No Way Home is now the sixth highest-grossing film in the U.S.
