Gucci Drops New “Off the Grid” Travel Collection Supporting Circular Fashion Production
Offering an updated, eco-friendly take on luggage.

Gucci’s new “Off The Grid” collection arrives just in time for resort travel season, and offers an updated, eco-friendly take on luggage.
The “Grid” collection is a first from the house, and derives from its “Gucci Circular Lines” concept that supports circular production. Featured items include a sleek duffle bag, a dopp kit, a laundry bag and a carry-on suitcase. The carry-on incorporates Palladium-toned metal hardware, four 360-degree wheels, zip compartments, ECONYL nylon fabric and is laden with a large “GG” pattern-print motif and a black logo patch affixed at the center. Corresponding collection items also comprise the classic “GG” all-over print, with a black logo patch highlighting the use for each piece — from clothes to laundry. Additionally, each item is made from recycled materials and trim fabrics, and encompasses ready-to-wear and accessories.
Bolstering its eco-friendly fashion approach, the brand has also included “Gucci Tag” digital technology, allowing consumers to authenticate and experience items digitally via embedded NFC technology.
The “Grid” collection is available now and items can be purchased on Gucci’s website.
In other news, The North Face x Gucci “Pop Ups” series has also arrived.
