2022 is finally underway, and in case you were on the hunt for any up and coming streetwear brands to pay attention to for the fresh calendar, then you might want to peep a closer look at Bravest Studios. The Brooklyn-based imprint has gradually started to pick up some steam in recent years as it has racked up collaborations with the likes of Ben Baller and Pop Smoke, and it’s now looking to kick the new year off with the release of its latest Escapism* collection.
For this 10-piece collection, there’s no question that the outerwear pieces serve as the headliners. On deck is a varsity jacket that’s engineered with premium Italian materials and styled with lighter gray front and back paneling as well as off-white leather sleeves and black trim. Chenille branded patches grace the left chest, left sleeve and back, while city monikers of New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Paris and Los Angeles are embroidered into the right chest in a luxe, cursive font. The other standout piece is the fleece-lined technical parka. It’s crafted with a water-resistant shell and bears bold orange and black color-blocking and all-over tree branch graphics that evoke memories of Supreme‘s Tree Camo Field Jacket from Fall/Winter 2012.
The collection also proffers new cozy french terry sweatpants, a duo of new shorts, a boxy fit graphic tee that comes in a winter-friendly forest green, two official sized basketballs that are treated with identical camo patterns as the aforementioned parka and branded french terry socks.
Parties interested on copping any pieces can find the collection dropping on the Bravest Studios site come January 6 at 2pm EDT. A free gift is also included for anyone that spends over $70 USD.
In other fashion news, the upcoming Prada x adidas apparel collection has been unveiled.
