New York-based design studio Ceeze knows its stuff when it comes to customising sneakers. After bursting onto the scene in 2018 following with its “Off-Louis” Air Jordan 1, the studio has since delivered pieces like the YEEZY BOOST 350 x adidas ZX 4000 4D, Balenciaga Triple S “Wild Thing” and an Off-White x Air Jordan 1 crafted from recycled aircraft seats.
After three years of customising, Ceeze has since found itself as the owner of a vast surplus of Nike uppers. In a bid to keep waste as low as possible — something important to the brand — Ceeze went about innovatively repurposing them into unique one-of-one bags.
Starting out with the CB-01 — a rectangular crossbody bag made from two the uppers of two Air Jordan 1s, suede and napa leather — Ceeze is now dropping its third collection of bags including a multi tone lilac iteration, as well as a “Ben G” take featuring a custom swoosh emboss.
Ceeze’s third collection of bags are available to buy now from the brand’s online webstore, retailing from $365 USD.
