Social Status and Everyone Pays Team Up for an Exclusive Apparel Collection
Designed to commemorate student athletes now owning the rights to their name, image and likenes.

The Whitaker Group‘s COLOR CODE program is designed to shine a light on Black and minority-owned brands by collaborating with them on uniquely-designed products. And for its next initiative, Social Status and Everyone Pays — a New York-based creative consulting entity — are partnering up to produce an apparel collection that celebrates the rights of student athletes to own their name, image and likeness.
The capsule collection is printed atop gray Champion pullover hoodies and tee silhouettes. “Everyone Pays” is emblazoned across the chest of each piece in a collegiate-inspired font. Colorways include vivid hues from purple to red to baby blue. The biggest difference between the garments is that the tees are written out with a bold font while the hoodies instead opt for the outlines of the lettering.
The full collection is available now via Social Status with tees costing $45 USD and hoodies retailing for $110 USD.
The NCAA is a multi-billion dollar industry that, for a long time, was able to reap the benefits of its athletes — many of which would draw in millions of spectators and revenue — by not having to compensate them. To coincide with the release, the two parties produced a short clip that honors this historic moment in sports history, and you can view it here below.
In case you missed it, Social Status has officially announced its Nike SB Mid collaborations.
