Jordan Brand Officially Unveils the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT “Gold Laser”
The Zoom-cushioned Jordan silhouette is reimagined with an elevated aesthetic.
While the Air Jordan 1 will forever be revered but its timelessness, Jordan Brand will occasionally shake things up a bit and introduce modernized variations of the silhouette. This is what happened when the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT debuted in 2020 and the model has now been officially revealed in a luxe “Gold Laser” colorway.
The details on this makeup are intricate, but not too over the top. As you can gather from its moniker, the gilded laser etchings that are dress up the forefoot overlays, toe boxes, ankle flaps, throat overlays and lower heel are what give these kicks its elevated feel. Its secondary hue is a solid black which backdrops the quarters, laces, tongues, padded collars and ball-and-wings logos. In terms of the base layer’s branding, the Jumpman logos on the tongues also get treated with a golden finish while the cut-out Swooshes are supplied with a shimmery blue filling. The lower sections of the kicks are made up of angelic midsoles and see-through outsoles that are tinted with an icy blue.
Parties interested in picking up a pair can likely expect Nike to release these in the coming weeks for the usual $140 USD retail tag.
