Gina Carano Announces First Film Since 'The Mandalorian' Firing
Based on Eric Red’s novel, White Knuckle.

After a controversial conclusion to Gina Carano‘s portrayal of Cara Dune in The Mandalorian, the actress has officially announced that she will be starring in and producing her next project.
The revenge thriller is based on Eric Red’s White Knuckle novel where Carano will play a strong-willed woman who survives a serial-killing truck driver. After the police fail to address the situation seriously, she takes it upon herself to exact revenge with an ally trucker. Carano was fired from Lucasfilm after she released a series of “abhorrent and unacceptable” social media posts comparing the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic with Nazi Germany.
