Adieu and mfpen Simplify Derby and Loafer Silhouettes for FW21
Dressed in either black or “Deep Brown Espresso”.
Renowned Parisian shoemaker Adieu has teamed up with Copenhagen creative studio mfpen for two updated takes on the classic derby and loafer silhouettes.
First teased with a lookbook showcasing the pair’s full Fall/Winter 2021 offering earlier this year, each shoe is crafted to boast a more simplified and minimalistic approach.
Experimenting with the typical proportions that have become expected of the archetypal derby and loafer silhouettes, each shoe sits on an injected rubber sole and loafer crepe sole respectively, and arrives in either black or “Deep Brown Espresso” colorways.
The mfpen x Adieu FW21 footwear collaboration is set to drop on September 1 and will be available from both the Adieu and mfpen webstores.
