Ubisoft Offers First Look at 'Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora'
The first-person action-adventure game arrives in 2022.
Over at E3, Ubisoft has announced a whole range of new content for familiar titles and franchises, but rounded up its keynote with a surprising first-look trailer of a brand new game: Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
Built on the Snowdrop engine from Ubisoft’s own Massive Entertainment studio, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be a first-person action-adventure game set in James Cameron’s magical world of Pandora. Players will take on the role of the Na’vi as they navigate through their home planet, fighting off the invading RDA forces of the humans across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen area of the planet. The open-world experience will also include a whole range of new creatures and characters fans of the original cinematic release have yet to encounter.
While there’s no concrete release date for the game just yet, Ubisoft has scheduled the launch of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora for 2022.
In other related news, the developer has also unveiled a new season pass for Far Cry 6 allowing you to play as some of the franchise’s main villains.
