Reebok Question Mid "Draft Night" Celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the 1996 NBA Draft
Where Allen Iverson was selected #1 overall by the Philadelphia 76ers.

It’s been 25 years since the Philadelphia 76ers took Allen Iverson #1 overall in the 1996 NBA Draft, so Reebok is paying homage to the Answer’s selection with a new Question Mid “Draft Night.” Featuring draft-specific details and bright accent colors, the “Draft Night” takes its wearer back to the beginning of an exciting era in the league – one where Iverson was drafted along with other luminaries of the game like Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash and Ray Allen.
The shoe’s gray and black base appear simple at first glance, but it may in fact be a clever nod to Iverson’s gray draft night suit. Blue and red hits appear on the toebox, quarter’s Vector logo and tongue trim for an acknowledgement of the 76ers’ signature colors. There’s even a dash of teal around the collar for extra contrast. The most notable detail appears on the heel, where Iverson’s signature #3 badge is replaced with a lottery ball-like #1 hit to denote his draft status. Eyestays are split between a “Reebok” spellout on the lateral side and repeating Vector logos on the lateral side, hold flecked white/black laces and sit above black mesh throats. Down below, white midsoles with black DMX cushioning work with smoky black outsoles to round off the look.
Look for the Reebok Question Mid “Draft Night” to release exclusively at European retailers like BSTN on June 25, almost 25 years to the day of the 1996 NBA Draft. It’s priced at a standard $140 USD.
