Lauren London and PUMA Ready "Forever Stronger" Footwear and Apparel Capsule
Inspired by London’s personal story and her hometown of Los Angeles.
Lauren London and PUMA have teamed up for a “Forever Stronger” capsule of footwear and apparel inspired by the actress’ personal story and her hometown of Los Angeles. Consisting of a new take on the classic PUMA Suede plus a T-shirt and hoodie, the collection’s release marks London’s first individual collection with PUMA after starring in multiple The Marathon Clothing x PUMA campaigns and Nipsey Hussle tributes.
London’s Suede collaboration is done up in black with a flat white Formstrip, a debossed “Forever Stronger” stamp on the lateral heel, a special co-branded tongue tag, leather tongue and collar linings and a white midsole. The “Forever Stronger” hit returns on the collection’s white tee and black hoodie — alongside a tiny blue heart on each piece’s sleeve for a nod to the late Nipsey Hussle, London’s longtime boyfriend. The collection’s lookbook was also shot around various sections of Los Angeles and features neighborhood landmarks like Simply Wholesome Restaurant & Store, a Black-owned business that has been part of the the L.A. community since the early ‘80s.
“I am so grateful and proud to drop my first collection with my PUMA family,” said Lauren London. “I wanted to make sure that each piece was authentic to who I am and my style. This collection expresses a constant reminder that through it all, no matter what happens in life, may we be Forever Stronger.”
The Lauren London x PUMA “Forever Stronger” collection will release via the PUMA webstore June 25. MSRPs range from $30-$75 USD.
