Isabel Marant is back with their seasonal Spring/Summer 2022 collection. This season, Isabel Marant is inviting explorers around the world to embrace the outdoor rush in a playful spirit.

The collection, heavily inspired by the vibrant and bold color dynamics of the ’80s and ’90s sportswear aesthetic. SS22 sees bright, warm colors contrasted with darker, cool palettes. The looks are informed by the Californian casualness, applied to workwear staples. Silhouettes are loose-fitting, invoking a sense of comfort in everyday wear. Garments are meant to be versatile and layered together as seen in the navy knit sweater, detailed with orange thread paired with oversized patchwork pants and a multi-blue tone overcoat.

The Marant branding is prominent in many of these pieces, including a pullover hoodie in a classic black as well as indigo and sky-blue color-blocked sweater. The season brings out stylish renditions of technical wear, fit for outdoor camping adventures. Sun-yellow sweatpants flirt with an exaggerated bum bag, while the brand’s signature plaid shirt is paired with patchwork jeans. The floral printed sleeveless jacket is worn over an eye-catching pink sweatshirt, while a branded bucket hat is matched with a kinetic pattern swim trunk.
