Ghostly x Timex Brings Music Label's Spectral Feel to the Dial
Expedition Scout possessed by label’s ethereal spirit.

Music and art label, Ghostly, has completely transformed Timex’s Expedition Scout, taking the brand’s general purpose field watch to its outer limits.
The 40mm watch receives a matte-black coating and contrasting crown, anodized in the company’s signature “Ghostly Purple.” Luminous printing on the black dial allows Ghostly’s name and logo, as well as Arabic numeral hour markers at the cardinal points, to glow in the dark.
A metal caseback is custom engraved with the playful Ghostly logo and the words “Things of quality have no fear of time,” while the watch is secured on a leather-trimmed, black fabric strap with pin buckle.
Ghostly’s takeover of the prolific watch is absolute, creating something almost entirely fresh.
“We wanted to lend our purple brand color and our Ghostly Gothic font to infuse the watch with our character but the watch is meant to blend in, not distract,” Ghostly founder Sam Valenti IV told Timex. “It is hopefully a watch people can wear with anything and maybe keeps your phone out of sight a little while longer.”
Ghostly x Timex drops today via Timex, priced $109 USD.
