The “We live in a society” scene many wanted to see.

Despite being a major part of promotions for the HBO Max release of Justice League: The Snyder Cut, Jared Leto‘s “We live in a society” Joker scene was ultimately cut out of the final version of the initial vision of the film.

But with heavy fan interaction with the “meme’d” George Costanza-like line, DC Entertainment has released the deleted scene for fans to enjoy. Coming in black and white, the cut scene is a continuation of the intense interaction between Batman and Joker during the Knightmare sequence. If left in, the interaction would have seen Joker have the last laugh instead of simply playing off Batman’s response.
