Kid Cudi Teams Up With the NFL for Patch-Adorned Draft Week Starter Jacket
The Cleveland native commemorates the 2021 NFL Draft in his hometown.
Briefly pressing pause on his upcoming Off-White collaboration, Kid Cudi partnered with the NFL to design an original pullover jacket in honor of the 2021 NFL Draft, which begins today at 8 p.m. EDT and ends on May 1 in the rapper’s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.
Cudi revealed the collaboration on Twitter yesterday with a first-look at the limited-edition piece. All 32 team logos adorn both sides of the symbolic “Starter” jacket, with the Cleveland Browns’ signature helmet motif sewn right over the heart. Meanwhile, the official draft iconography is centered on the torso and Cudi’s signature Moon Man symbol complements the official NFL logo on the back. The all-black design features red detailing that runs down both shoulders and meets in the middle over a center pocket.
