A digital artist collective called Rare Shoe is gearing up to launch the first-ever series of collectible NFT sneaker artworks. Inspired by iconic silhouettes ranging from Nike Dunk High to Air Force 1s, the ongoing selection of crypto art drops will feature Rare Shoe’s reimagining of popular sneakers.

“We’re sneaker heads first and we collect shoes that ‘mean’ something for us, I still have shoes from when i was in high school and they all mean something for me so we want every drop to mean something to people who will and have our NFTs,” says Luis Rotondaro who is part of the project.

Rare Shoe has released three NFTs so far, a series of “Donks” and their most recent “Jurdan 1.” Keep an eye out for Rare Shoe’s next drop on Rarible’s NFT platform here. Each Shoe is priced at 0.3 ETH or roughly $508 USD.
