Butter Goods Elevates Classic Skate Silhouettes for Latest Collection
Showcased in a lookbook shot around Perth and Los Angeles.
Australian brand Butter Goods is preparing the release of its first menswear collection of 2021 with a lookbook that ventures around the brand’s hometown of Perth, as well as around the west coast of the U.S., in the heart of Los Angeles.
The skate label — who shared a similar half-and-half lookbook towards the end of last year — has returned this season with its typical array of understated garments. From half-zip sweaters, and hoodies with subtle branding, to graphic T-shirts and vibrant summer shirts, the collection is another clever blend of traditional skate silhouettes, with obvious streetwear influences.
Patchwork Jackets arrive in either blue or khaki and are accompanied by matching pants and hats, while an all-black technical jacket — which can be transformed into a lightweight gilet at the pull of a zip — comes with matching technical cargos. Trouser options continue with World Denim pants and Marshall pants, while the collection is completed with a plethora of accessories in the form of caps, beanies, bucket hats and socks.
Set to launch on March 6, Butter Goods’ first release of 2021 will be available from the brand’s online webstore.
In other news, 3sixteen’s SS21 collection is a tangible sense of comfort.
