Braun Announces 100th-Anniversary Collab With Virgil Abloh

Well into its 100th-anniversary celebrations, Braun has now announced an upcoming commemorative collaboration with Virgil Abloh. Taking to Instagram, the consumer products name revealed the upcoming team-up sharing a simple logo crossover image accompanied by a quote from the Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton‘s men’s wear and Chief Executive Officer of Off-White™.
“I have always had a deep appreciation for Braun’s design – iconic design that’s built to last,” said Virgil Abloh.
Although not much has been revealed about the collaboration, Abloh is expected to introduce a conversation about the role of design through a retrospective look at the history of Braun. The designer is also expected to reimagine “Braun icon from the past 100 years,” which could mean the release of a series of products.
A launch video for Virgil Abloh’s Braun 100th-anniversary collaboration is set to release sometime this March.
