Quavo Claims Migos' 'Culture III' Will Drop in "Less Than a Month and a Half"
Just shortly after the group shared behind-the-scenes clips of the album’s creation.
Quavo revealed that Migos‘ anticipated Culture III album is “coming real soon.”
The 29-year-old casually dropped the news to paparazzi as he and Saweetie were being hounded by photographers and videographers during Valentine’s Day weekend. As he quickly signed autographs for fans, a person asked for an update regarding Culture III to which Quavo responded, “It’s coming real soon. Less than a month and a half.”
Although the group hasn’t shared an album release date yet, there could be some truth to Quavo’s statement. Just earlier this January 2021, Migos took to Instagram to share a three-minute video of behind-the-scenes clips from the creation of Culture III. “The Album Is Coming,” the group wrote.
Quavo’s recent reveal also coincides with his interview from December 2020 that heard him say Migos were done with Culture III, and that they are just ”waiting on 2021, man, so everything can crank up.” He added, “We want the commotion, we want to move, we want to be outside. We want to drop it and go on tour. We want to have an album listening and have people in the thang and really hearing the album. I can’t drop no album and let the internet judge my album. It just don’t make sense. I just want to be with the people. I want to touch the people and that’s what we gon’ do at the top of the year.”
