Nike Dunk Low to Release in Classic "Team Green" Colorway
A low-cut nod to the Michigan State Spartans, and an apt follow-up to 2020’s Dunk High “Spartan Green.”
Nike is rolling out a plethora of crisp takes on the Dunk Low over the course of 2021, and one of the latest pairs to appear is the “Team Green.” Seemingly pulling its eponymous hue from the Michigan State Spartans and serving as a fitting follow-up to 2020’s Dunk High “Spartan Green,” the “Team Green” offers a simple, elegant look full of collegiate flair.
Classic colorblocking is used, with the toeboxes, quarters and collars done up in white leather while the mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes, heels and heel tabs take on “Team Green” tones that are slightly lighter than the shade used on the aforementioned “Spartan Green.” Tongues are made of white nylon, trimmed with more “Team Green” accents and equipped with a Nike Sportswear-style tag. Laces are done up in green and sprinkled with barely visible black flecks. Down below, white midsoles and green outsoles round off the look.
An official release date for the Nike Dunk Low “Team Green” has yet to be announced, but early rumblings have its arrival placed on April 16 or April 21. Per usual, the MSRP will be set at $100 USD.
Moving from classic Nike Basketball shoes to newer models, Concepts and Kyrie Irving have teamed up once again for a special take on the Kyrie 7.
