New Balance has been able to maintain a strong momentum in recent years for aligning with impactful collaborators and making use of its garnered attraction by continuing to produce general release colorways that are clean and versatile. In line with the latter, one of the silhouettes that’s continuing to push the tempo is the New Balance 991, and it has just arrived in a crisp olive green and gray colorway.

The arrival of this newest installment couldn’t have been more timely as Autumn is nearing its peak, and this color palette of these lifestyle-centric kicks surely aligns with this seasonal transition. For the upper build, mesh makes up a majority of the underlays and this, along with the subtle reflective notes are swathed in the Boston sportswear brand’s classic gray hue. Laid on top are sultry suede overlays that are pasted around the toe boxes, across the mid-foot and heels, all of which are doused in a Fall-friendly olive green. Laces follow suit and also get touched up with the murky accenting hue, while darker notes of gray outfit the embroidered New Balance branding on the tongues and the “991” hits that are parked on the rear.

You can find these available to cop via select retailers like Solebox for €210 (approx. $242 USD).

Elsewhere in sneaker news, Concepts and New Balance have a 992 collaboration on the way.
