Kim Kardashian's SKIMS Files for Men's Line Trademark
“HIMS by SKIMS” and “SKIMS CARE” for laundry products.
Dedicated to catering to individuals of all shapes and sizes, Kim Kardashian‘s SKIMS label has is rumored to be looking into expanding its reach.
The label recently filed a trademark for “HIMS by SKIMS,” continuing an initial filing recorded back on November 5, 2020. The filing notes that name would cover everything from “hats, leggings, loungewear, shapewear, slippers, socks, sweatpants, T-shirts, underwear, boxer briefs, boxer shorts, hoodies” and more. The recent filing, dated April 29, 2021, also notes HIMS by SKIMS will also cover fragrances, lotions and accessories.
Additionally, on September 18, 2020, SKIMS trademarked “SKIMS CARE” which covers “laundry detergent, antistatic dryer sheets, laundry sheets impregnated with fabric softener, fabric softeners and powder laundry.”
As these are just initial trademark filings, it is currently unclear if Kim Kardashian is set to launch both HIMS by SKIMS and SKIMS CARE lines.
