Officially unveiled earlier this week, we now have an on-foot look at G-Dragon‘s PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1 release. Standing as the South Korean artist’s first signature sneaker and the follow-up to his Air Force 1 “Para-Noise” and “Para-Noise 2.0” releases, the unique lifestyle shoe draws from an array of inspirations.

Inspired by taekwondo, G-Dragon’s legal name and Nike‘s “Just Do It” slogan, the PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1 features premium all-white leather uppers accented by classic brogue details. It is interesting to note that the traditional men’s footwear elements were actually taken from the Nike Tiempo and retro golf shoes. Additional detailing comes in the form of embroidered PEACEMINUSONE daisy logos at the rear and co-branded detachable overlays that hide the traditional lacing system with specially marked laces found on the shoes. Rounding up the design of the Kwondo 1 are branding badge marked insoles and solid matching sole units marked with PEACEMINUSONE elements.

Priced at $180 USD, G-Dragon’s PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1 is now set to release December 3.
