For this newest silhouette, the creative genius keeps the PrimeKnit upper constructions from the original YEEZY Boost 350 V2, but he makes some modifications in its appearance. The knitting here is woven to match that of the YZY BSKTBL KNIT, and comes in the form of streaks just above the midsoles and towards the heels while the toe boxes and mid-foot are designed with more abstract patterns. A majority of the base layer is swathed with a lighter shade of gray while “Slate Blue” accents are stitched into the extended ankle collars, down the throat and on the toe boxes. The laces are treated with a solid black hue and come with a pull tab for wearers to tighten the shoes with.
