Disney and PORTER CLASSIC to Release "Mickey Mouse" Seamstress Collection
Featuring hand-stitched Aloha shirts and Mandarin jackets.
Disney and PORTER CLASSIC have revealed a limited-edition capsule featuring retro-style Mickey Mouse illustrations.
The unisex collection features a graphic of Mickey Mouse happily sewing a jacket as its core motif, paying homage to the iconic character as well as PORTER CLASSIC’s dedication to quality craftsmanship. Indigo blue tops display Hawaiian-style graphics embroidered onto a range of silhouettes including Aloha shirts, padded knot-button jackets, long-sleeve shirts and elongated mandarin-collar shirts. A series of black tops utilize the same silhouettes with exposed hand-stitched detailing, and pre-washed pinstripe jeans and overalls complete the collaborative capsule.
A pre-sale event will be held at Isetan Shinjuku from October 13 to 26 with items priced between ¥7,700 and ¥65,000 JPY (approximately $69 to $579 USD). An online release is slated to arrive in the coming weeks at the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN online store. Stay tuned to the PORTER CLASSIC Instagram found below for updates.
