A little less than a month after the first production image of HBO‘s live-action adaptation of The Last of Us was released, a new set photo has now surfaced offering fans a closer look at Pedro Pascal‘s portrayal of Joel.

While the new set image (which you can view in the tweet below) doesn’t reveal much about the plot of the upcoming series, it does confirm previous impressions of the character’s wardrobe, suggesting that the show will be quite a faithful adaptation of the beloved award-winning video game series. The first season is rumored to contain 10 episodes and follow closely to the original game from 2013, with Pascal playing Joel and Bella Ramsay cast as Ellie. While she wasn’t featured in the new set photo itself, sources have confirmed that her look stays truthful to her video game counterpart as well.

There’s currently no release date yet for The Last of Us on HBO but it’s expected to arrive late 2022. Fans of the franchise should definitely stay tuned for more updates to come.

Elsewhere in entertainment, Walking Dead anthology series is in the works.
