Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman’s Boardroom has officially announced a multi-year partnership with Dapper Labs. The landmark deal sees Brooklyn Nets‘ snipe shooter take on a creative development role in curating and creating exclusive NBA Top Shot moments for the NFT marketplace.

The newly formed partnership will give fans access to key spotlights and Moments and all fan-to-fan trading. Durant comments on the partnership stating, “Top Shot is the future for basketball fans – bringing them closer to players and building community across the sport in new and innovative ways. At Boardroom, we’ve also been at the forefront of the NFT space, and I’m excited to partner in advancing NFT’s further into the mainstream, creating and curating exclusive Moments and content with Top Shot.”

In addition to KD’s curated NFTs, NBA Top Shot is set to release Dwyane Wade’s first Run It Back Moments from the 05-06 NBA Season. Starting in November, Top Shot will also be making Legendary Moments available to fans to take anywhere on the blockchain. They have also partnered with the Milwaukee Bucks to reward 39 of Top Shot’s most avid Bucks Moment collectors with a trip to the 75th NBA Tip-Off game in Milwaukee and WNBA collectors to the WNBA finals.
