The Hunt for the Allspark Continues in New 'Transformers: War for Cybertron - Earthrise' Trailer
The second chapter arrives soon on Netflix.
With the first part of the Transformers: War for Cybertron trilogy hitting Netflix almost two months ago, the streaming platform is now gearing up for its second chapter, dropping a new trailer to give fans a closer look at what’s to come in Earthrise.
Picking up exactly where Siege left off, this next chapter will follow the Optimus Prime and his Autobots as they venture far from Cybertron with the Allspark into the “darkest reaches of space,” hoping to keep it from Megatron’s grasp. The super-villain in turn is deserted on his home planet, “forced to confront the harsh reality that his Decepticons are trapped on a dying Cybertron.” Under a menacing monologue from Megatron himself, the trailer offers snippets of what seems to be a similarly action-packed second part to the trilogy, with more aerial dogfights, transforming car chases, and explosive gun battles.
There’s currently no official release date yet for Transformers: War for Cybertron – Earthrise, so fans of the franchise should definitely stay tuned for more updates to come.
