IISE's FW20 Collection Celebrates Traditional Korean Architecture and Furniture Design
Investigating its core design principles of symmetry, balance, and proportion.

Back for Fall/Winter 2020, South Korean label IISE has now returned with a seasonal range that celebrates traditional Korean architecture and furniture design.
With the collection, brothers Terrence and Kevin Kim looked back to investigate the core design principles of IISE: symmetry, balance, and proportion. The fundamental elements served as a frame that resulted in design built on functional purpose for each garment which is expressed intuitively.
Throughout the FW20 collection is a showcase of paneling and symmetrical lines, accented by a diverse mixture of fabrics and customized hardware. To match the testing weather of the season, GORE-TEX and padding round out the functionality of the range and fill out the theme from South Korean name.
