PLEASURES Pays Homage to Californian Heritage With Reebok Classic Leather Legacy Collab

Shortly after the official launch of the Classic Leather Legacy, Reebok has returned to announce its first CL Legacy collaboration with PLEASURES.

For the team-up, the Los Angeles-based label looked to pay homage to its Californian heritage. The collaborative sneaker born out of the continuing partnership with the streetwear imprint is informed by PLEASURES co-founder Alex James‘ love of the California desert. More specifically, the light earthy tones of Joshua Tree were used in the color palette stucco shades of grey, beige and alabaster.

Inspired by the iconic Classic Leather, the Classic Leather Legacy blends recognizable visual elements with a contemporary lifestyle design. Marking the multi-material upper are Vector logo panels, tongue tags, “PLEASURES” printed at the midfoot and “Reebok” marked heel tabs serve as branding on the shoe. Elevating the Classic Leather Legacy dynamic white outsole complete with a contrasting heel counter and paired with a rugged rubber outsole.

Priced at $100 USD, the PLEASURES x Reebok Classic Leather Legacy is set to release on PLEASURES’ website August 15, 10 a.m. PST with a wider release on Reebok’s website come August 22.
