Byredo founder Ben Gorham continues his “POSSESSIONS OF MY SOUL” collection with Peak Performance for Fall/Winter 2020. For this collection, it is all about discovering how magical nature can be — especially after a fresh snowfall.
What was once considered one of the most dreaded seasons for Gorham is now his most cherished. “I want people to understand how magical nature can be. Cities are more or less the same. When you first experience nature, a whole new world opens and the world all of a sudden becomes much more interesting. A new adventure can start.” says Ben Gorham.
The expansive 19-piece collection dances between technical extreme cold-weather outerwear and performance-driven sportswear. Pieces like the GORE-TEX parka sees details like an extended body, multicolored drawstrings, and an oversized hood. Each piece is an elevated take on outdoor staples with Gorham’s personal touch added in. Other key items include a Gore-Tex Infinium Down jacket, a box-cut padded flannel shirt, and silver parka liner.
