Continuing an undeniably active collaborative partnership, Stüssy and Nike Sportswear have officially announced the release of their latest co-created sneaker: the Air Zoom Kukini. A laceless, slip-on hybrid design that blends elements of Nike‘s Air Kukini and Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 — both classics from the early ’00s, the latter of which Stüssy and Nike worked on earlier in the year — the Kukini is arriving in “Black/Bright Cactus” and “White/Habanero Red” colorways. This dashing duo is also accompanied by Benassi slides and a full set of collaborative apparel.

Each style features a laceless upper with inverse-colored Swooshes on the quarter and Shawn Stussy‘s signature mark on the tongue. “Black/Bright Cactus” uses a smooth mesh-like material while “White/Habanero Red” opts for a perforated jersey-style build, and both offer tonal patent leather embellishments on the heel. This sleek assemblage is overlaid with a cut-out plastic cage that ensconces the top half from toe to heel to add a signature strike of conceptual detailing. Collars are done up in “Bright Cactus” or “Habanero Red.”

Down below, things are all Spiridon. Each pair borrows its Phylite forefoot and large, exposed Zoom heel unit with plastic cage from designer Steven Smith‘s influential Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2. A little Spiridon detailing even makes its way onto the toebox, and BRS 1000 rubber outsoles round off the look.

Accompanying apparel and accessories match each sneaker to a T. Meant for casual, relaxed beachwear, the offerings include three takes on Nike’s Benassi slide, bright track jackets and track pants, two different T-shirts — one of which offers vibrant, running-inspired graphics, the other an “International Beach Crew” hit — co-branded shorts and bucket hats.

The Stüssy x Nike Air Air Zoom Kukini and its matching sandals/apparel will release via the Stüssy webstore and at select Stüssy Chapter stores on July 24 at 10 A.M. PST. The footwear will then hit Nike SNKRS on July 30.
