Milan-based retailer One Block Down has teamed up with Sebago for an exclusive six-piece capsule that highlights Ivy League style and its influence in the fashion world today. Produced in New York City by photographer Elizabeth Bick and stylist Maurice Diallo, the Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook is packed with nostalgic Ivy cues and shows collegiate fashion’s home in the wardrobe of the modern “city boy.”

The collection includes a hooded sweatshirt, two T-shirts, a pair of chino trousers and a sports cap. American flag detailing and bold co-branding accent the “American traditional” clothing. Doused in red, gray and white, the collection merges some of Ivy’s most recognizable elements with refined Italian styling. The pair of beige chinos feature two side pockets and the brands’ collaborative logo on the right rear pocket, while the hoodie boasts an American flag on one sleeve and co-branding across the front.

Standout pieces from the capsule include two limited edition penny loafers. Available in black and deep burgundy, the loafers feature logoed soles and insoles, as well as two customized coins to insert in the diamond-shaped cutouts on the top of the shoes. Each pair of loafers comes with a printed book that documents the silhouette’s history and iconoclastic status.

Beginning July 10, the capsule collection will be available exclusively at One Block Down’s Rome and Milan in-store locations, and on One Block Down’s website. Prices will range from €32.79 to €155.74 EUR (approx. $37 to $176 USD).

In other news, Gramicci has reunited with nonnative8 for a range of functional pants and shorts just in time for summer.
