Full Look at the Panda Express x Anti Social Social Club Capsule
Celebrating the American fast-food chain’s beloved Orange Chicken.
After delivering its collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles, Anti Social Social Club is showing no signs of stopping by preparing a team-up with Panda Express.
Adding to its growing lineup of unexpected collaborations, this time around the Los Angeles based label is celebrating the American fast-food chain’s beloved Orange Chicken. Despite Teriyaki Chicken, Beijing Beef and Kung Pao Chicken being popular, it is Orange Chicken that has served as a main staple at Panda Express for nearly four decades. Founded back in 1983, Panda Express is known for its fast-casual expression of American-Chinese cuisine that may not be fine dining but is delicious, familiar, affordable and undeniably known as comfort food for many.
The release from the collaboration between the two brands is comprised of hooded sweatshirts, T-shirts and caps. Focussing on a co-branding theme, the special range sees the signature distorted “ANTI SOCIAL SOCIAL CLUB” logo paired with an illustration of Orange Chicken being picked up by chopsticks out of a Panda Express oyster pail takeout box synonymous with American-Chinese food. Caps come more simply marked with the fast-food chain’s circular Panda logo and the usual ASSC motif on the right side.
Take a look at the collaboration above and look for the Panda Express x Anti Social Social Club capsule to be available on Anti Social Social Club’s website July 11, 8 a.m. PST.
