Oddisee Highlights a Sense of Urgency in New EP 'Odd Cure'
Created in a span of eight weeks.

Sudanese-American musician Oddisee has dropped off his latest EP, Odd Cure. Created in a span of eight weeks between March and May, the songs were written while Oddisee practiced self-isolation for two weeks in his Bed-Stuy studio.
Odd Cure explores themes of escapism, American conflict and fresh culture wars, along with the global experience of staying virtually connected with loved ones. Oddisee stayed tuned in to conversations he was having, along with the constant flow of news, social media, word of mouth, misinformation, conspiracy theories and statistic about the first few weeks of COVID-19 in America.
