As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to affect the world, Taiwanese imprint 4DIMENSION® has returned with its Spring/Summer 2020 collection informed by its understanding of life post-COVID-19. During the extended quarantine period, 4D re-evaluated the relationship between people and clothing.
The re-evaluation prompted the SS20 collection to follow a more streamlined design defined by relaxed fits adaptive to any situation. An important element of the seasonal range is the strict adherence to trial and error to remove unnecessary details and dramatic pockets associated with technical clothing.
Focusing on everyday carry use, the SS20 lineup is comprised of seven pieces that can be worn in an endless array of combinations. Textiles were chosen for their rugged and reliable qualities, as T-shirts are made of heavy-weight cotton, while cargo and pants are constructed of ripstop and high-density fabric. Building on its carrying options, the signature SB-1 and WL-1 have returned in black XPAC, grey lightweight ripstop and LAB TAIPEI exclusive red color XPAC. Referencing modern army training wear, 4DIMENSION® implemented an “effortless” philosophy in sustainable, minimal and functional design
