Back for Fall/Winter 2020, Japanese label Midorikawa has returned with the collection indebted to 1800s style dress.

Continuing its unique expression of fashion, the latest seasonal range is a contemporary take on the essential wardrobe staples inspired the wares of a previous time. Once again Midorikawa generously uses its signature raw hem and cinched detailing to create an expansive range of evocative garments.

Utilizing an array of linens, leather and textured textiles, the Japanese imprint has created striking outerwear, refined tops and relaxed bottoms perfect for layering and convertible for alternative wear patterns. Despite the cropped silhouettes and extreme manipulation, Midorikawa’s latest effort remains steadfast in its understanding of control and subtle design.

Take a look at Midorikawa’s FW20 collection above and expect the range to hit stockists in the coming months.
