Here's How to Unlock Jason Momoa's Aquaman in 'Fortnite: Chapter 2' Season 3
‘Fortnite’ season 3 is live now.
Following the debut of Deadpool to the title, Epic Games now reveals DC Comics’ Aquaman will get a chance to join Fortnite: Chapter 2 in its third season. Jason Momoa‘s Aquaman will officially arrive in Fortnite this season, which will also introduce an all-new “Tidal Wave” storm that’ll consume the island in floodwater. Players will receive a chance to unlock the character with both golden armor and a beach outfit by completing a series of challenges.
The Aquaman outfit is available in two different skins. There’s an “Aquaman (Arthur Curry)” that features the character without a shirt and another simply called “Aquaman” with the character in his full golden armor. Players will need to buy the Season 3 Battle Pass in order to unlock Aquaman but to gain access to the individual skins, several challenges must be complete.
To get access to Aquaman after purchasing a Battle Pass, players must complete all Aquaman Challenges. Once he’s unlocked, players must dive over the waterfall at Gorgeous Gorge while wearing the Aquaman skin.
Alongside Aquaman, the third season Battle Pass will allow folks to unlock a team of Drifters, gain the ability to customize Umbrellas and earn 1,500 V-Bucks. The Battle Pass unlocks the Fade and Ocean Outfits as well as several other challenges by exploring the Fortilla. It also includes the Build-A-Brella feature where Umbrellas can be customized.
The main Season 3 Battle Pass will cost 950 V-Bucks (around $9.50 USD) with the Battle Bundle costing 2,500 V-Bucks (about $25.00 USD).
