Pioneering London-based record label The Trilogy Tapes and esteemed Italian retailer Slam Jam have joined forces for an exclusive three-piece capsule made up of long and short-sleeve tees plus a tote bag. Using archival The Trilogy Tapes graphics done up in Slam Jam’s signature colors, the offerings are equal parts underground British irreverence and Milanese flair.

The long-sleeve tee is dressed in white, with a front-facing pixellated graphic that looks like it was pulled from a ’50s magazine advert. This is surrounded by red and black geometric shapes, plus three lines both above and below. Black detailing on the sleeves completes the look, as the back is left unadorned. The short-sleeve tee is offered in black with a logo-less front, a small graphic on the left sleeve and a large print of a smiling, Mickey Mouse-like character on the back.

Finally, the tote bag is done up in black as well — and combines the graphics from the long-sleeve’s front and the short-sleeve’s arm. The collaboration is also accompanied by a mix from TTT founder Will Bankhead for Slam Jam’s Long Format Audio Archive, and a short film by English artist Michael James Fox.

The Trilogy Tapes x Slam Jam capsule will release exclusively on the Slam Jam webstore and in its retail locations come May 30.
