South2 West8 has dropped a brand new piece from its expansive Spring/Summer 2020 lineup. After unveiling its Tenkara fishing rod, the Japanese label has, once again, crafted a set of accessories for the outdoor sport — handcrafted landing nets.
Each landing net is made up of natural wood that’s meticulously carved by hand. Vibrant tie-dye applications embellish the netting to contrast the muted tones of the rosewood frames. South2 West8 branding is etched on the handles, coming in either straight or curved shapes, reinforced with quince or teak wood at the grip. Rounding up the details is a tiny brass quick release magnet at the end of each handle, while a small leather tag at the side of the landing net’s frame completes the unique accessory.
South2 West8’s Tie-Dye landing nets are currently available on NEPENTHES’ website, ranging from $232 – $352 USD.
