Suicoke Taps Fumito Ganryu for Toothy Silicon Sandals
A functional outdoor-friendly silhouette.
Suicoke has tapped Fumito Ganryu for a chunky pair of outdoor-friendly sandals in two monochromatic colorways. This release follows a vibrant collaboration with NEEDLES from last week.
The new silhouette comes with a semi-open design, embellished with a set of sleek velcro straps. Ballistic nylon fabrics dominate the uppers, covering the adjustable heel support and three diagonally placed straps that detail the uppers. Tonal “Fumito Ganryu” and “Suicoke” branding are subtly stamped at the topmost strip, while a bed of smooth neoprene fabrics that make up the rest of the body. As a final note, the sandals sport a thick midsole that’s accompanied by an aggressively ripple outsole for optimal traction and cushioning.
The Fumito Ganryu x Suicoke Silicon Sandals are currently available on SSENSE’s website for $440 USD.
