WACKO MARIA and Suicoke reunite for Spring/Summer 2020, reviving the Japanese menswear brand’s favorite pattern for a different sandal style. More conventional than the DEEBO slippers, Suicoke’s renewed focus on the DEPA sandal has encouraged WACKO MARIA to gently reimagine the shoe in time for warm weather.
Two takes on the DEPA style are offered with the distinctive leopard-printed uppers favored by WACKO MARIA, executed in either classic tan or grey, yielding a muted take on the bold pattern. The signature Vibram sole unit is wholly black, emphasizing the all-over detailing above. To complete the design, a GUILTY PARTIES-branded tag is stitched to each shoe’s medial strap, directly before the adjustable velcro straps at the rear.
