F-LAGSTUF-F has returned with its Fall/Winter 2020 lookbook, dubbed “Connecting with nature on the weekend.” Following its adventure-ready SS20 collection, the Japanese label’s new seasonal lineup is rich with bold colors and uniquely cut silhouettes, once again displaying an affinity for vivid, irregular styles.
Spanning a variety of garments, from billowing reversible trench coats to bright fluorescent tech jackets, the assemblage includes a good dose of both traditional and modern designs. Pieces like the acid-dyed pants and thick blue leopard fleece zip-up have been styled with more nuanced garments like a solid purple Harrington jacket and a pair of blue jeans. The label’s oversized beige nylon puffer jacket and bright orange collarless fishing jacket offer more outdoor-friendly alternatives to the collection, embellished with technical materials like down and waterproof fabrics to better handle days with more aggressive weather. Wrapping up the range are loosely tailored silhouettes such as a gray pinstripe suit, an olive suit, a sleek black cardigan, beige khakis and ivy-inspired patchwork trousers, all of which can be coupled with the label’s casual styles for a dynamic, more colorful look.
