ASICS' GEL-Kinsei OG Receives Bold Futuristic Renderings
Monochromatic graphics for the regal runner.
ASICS has given its GEL-Kinsei OG a bold futuristic iteration. Coming in a striking monochromatic colorway, the new sneakers are embellished with a slew of contrasting prints over the silhouette’s functional mold. This follows a bright “Yellow/Huddle Yellow” colorway that released just last week.
Dominated by a collage of black and white streaks, the sneakers sport a number of graphic motifs that enliven its sleek mold. A circular motif is stamped at the tongue over semi-translucent “NEXKIN” materials, which also show up at the toe box and the sidewalls. Breathable mesh fabrics appear around the collars, complemented by glossy leather overlays that have been embellished with monochromatic stripes. “ASICS” branding appears at the rear quarter, followed by a row of GPS coordinates, ASICS’ logo and a black leather toecap. Finishing off the design is an articulated midsole, equipped with responsive I.G.S. cushioning technology that packs some serious mileage.
ASICS’ GEL-Kinsei OG “White/Black” is currently available at atmos’ website for $176 USD.
