Take a First Look at the Todd Bratrud x Nike SB Dunk High "Strawberry Cough"
The artist behind the SB Dunk High “Skunk” and SB Dunk Mid “White Widow.”
Ahead of this year’s 4/20 celebrations, Nike SB has tapped artist Todd Bratrud for a special take on the SB Dunk High.
Early images reveal that Bratrud put together a colorway for the classic model centered around a popular strain of marijuana named “Strawberry Cough.” Playing off the fruit element of the name, the shoe features a red leather base specifically speckled and accented by green suede overlays to represent the appearance of a strawberry. Additional details include red laces, a coughing strawberry motif at the heels and printed insoles featuring the same character. Elevating the shoe is a simple clean translucent sole unit. The SB Dunk High “Strawberry Cough” is just the latest in artist Todd Bratrud’s collaborative relationship with Nike SB which features iconic colorways like the SB Dunk High “Skunk” and SB Dunk Mid “White Widow.”
