Isabel Marant‘s Homme line of menswear goods immediately struck a chord with celebrities like Pusha T, Drake and Timothée Chalamet, who attended the label’s runway presentation and scooped up its progressive knitwear and workwear-adjacent items. For Fall/Winter 2020, Marant continues to mine her familiar sources of inspiration, delivering a collection loaded with statement layering pieces and effortless essential items.

Rusty earth tones inform much of the collection, rife with seasonal textiles like wool, corduroy and woven cotton, as progressive outerwear spices up more conventional staple garments. Consider the fleece-tinged barn jackets, ombré sweaters and washed-out jeans, a neutral counterpoint to the ponchos lined in metallic hues and the red, blue, green and white-tinged camouflage parka. Elsewhere, corduroy work shirts are lengthened into coats and Marant’s understated logo is expanded into blown-out letters stitched into a paneled pullover, one the many examples showcasing Marant’s commanding selection of covetable sweaters.

Shop the new goods when they hit stockists like SSENSE later this year.
