Pake & Futura Laboratories Come Together for First Collaboration

Centered around elevating the everyday zipper storage bag, Japanese brand Pake has enlisted Futura Laboratories for its first collaboration.

Tapping the design studio and co-creation brand platform of artist Futura, Pake has created new aesthetic takes on its The Tech and The Filler size options. The “Orange-Red, “Black” and “Splatter” options all reference signature elements of the artist’s work and come marked with the signature “FL FUTURA LABORATORIES” branding.

Made in Japan, the reusable bags are crafted from a sustainable quality polymer that does not carry the same adverse environmental effects of traditional plastic. Pake’s enhanced zipper storage bag design is waterproof, dustproof, scent proof and resistant to UV rays.

As with its general releases, the collaboration is perfect for an array of functions depending on the creativity of the user and looks to place importance on the often overlooked item.

Check out the Futura Laboratories x Pake releasing February 19 at Isetan Shinjuku. The collaboration will also see a follow-up release online and at Pake’s upcoming Harajuku pop-up February 21-23.
