Verdy's Wasted Youth and Nike SB Present Punk-Inspired SB Dunk Low
With patch-covered black denim uppers, large flower embellishments and special heel details.

Verdy‘s Wasted Youth has teamed with Nike‘s Nike SB skate subdivision for a punk-inspired SB Dunk Low. Of course, Verdy is no stranger to SB collaborations — his Osaka-exclusive Girls Don’t Cry SB Dunk Low was one of 2019’s most highly regarded releases — but this marks his first through his Wasted Youth label.
Punk inspiration is readily apparent on the shoe’s black denim upper, which features a multitude of tonal patches and a clever application of butter-soft leather on mudguards, Swooshes and top eyestays alike. The most notable detail is present on the left shoe’s medial quarter, where an embroidered red flower with a white stem envelops the Swoosh.
Heels boast white “Wasted” embroidery on the left foot and “Youth” on the right foot. Below each of these pieces sits a metallic silver d-ring and a touch of jagged red stitching. Insoles feature “No Thank You I Don’t Need Your Support” and “Don’t Bother Me Anymore” text hits, while white midsoles and black outsoles finalize the look.
An official release date for the Wasted Youth x Nike SB Dunk Low has yet to be announced, but it’ll likely make its retail debut in the early months of 2021.
