Maintaining to take its Hateful Conduct and Harassment Policy seriously, Twitch‘s Chief Operating Officer, Sara Clemens, has announced upcoming revisions. Continuing its efforts to create a safe platform for all, the live streaming service will be banning the use of the words “simp,” “incel” and “virgin” as insults.

The update to its Hateful Conduct and Harassment Policy aims to crack down on “derogatory statements about another person’s perceived sexual practices or sexual morality.” Twitch also notes that simply using the terms will not result in enforcement but action will be taken if they are used repeatedly in a harassing manner.

Twitch’s Hateful Conduct and Harassment Policy is set to officially be revised come January 22.

In case you missed it, after 105 years, Cleveland Indians is now officially set to change its name.
